Smooth lighting behaves oddly on blocks covered with tinted glass

Tinted glass should block all lighting. While this happens correctly with actual light levels, visual rendering with smooth lighting enabled causes light to still appear on the faces of blocks fully covered with tinted glass, even though these should appear completely dark regardless.

With smooth lighting off, everything behaves as expected.

I can confirm.

[media]

Turning off smooth lighting causes dripstone lighting to not be affected by blocks placed around it, which is intended.
