Bees try to pathfind to flowers through glass panes and world border

The bug

I have bees on a 16x16 worldborder who try to pathfind through the worldborder to get to flowers, despite there being flowers available within the world border, this same issue happened with glass panes.

I can say that this happens with many transparent/uncomplete blocks. Like slabs or trapdoors.

I don't know if it happens often, or if it is a world/seed thing. But sometimes happened to me at least.

Still happening on 1.18.1 build an orchard with glass panes and the pollenated bees are permanently trying to pathfind through the glass panes
