Sculk sensor detects wrong sound for fishing rod

The bug

I was messing around with the sculk sensor and noticed that the actual redstone output for the fishing rod detection was opposite of what it said in the patch notes. I found it to have cast as 14 and Reel-in as 15. Also I noticed this on other bug notices but the sound originates from the player and not where the bobber is cast to.

Can confirm.

Casting a fishing rod actually gives a signal strength of 14, whereas reeling-in gives off a signal of 15.
This is exactly to opposite of what https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-20w49a says.
