Sculk sensors are not activated upon milking entities

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon milking entities.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Summon a mooshroom, cow, and goat.

/summon minecraft:mooshroom ~-2 ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
/summon minecraft:cow ~2 ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
/summon minecraft:goat ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

• Place down a sculk sensor nearby and obtain a bowl and two buckets.

• Milk the entities using the appropriate items.

• Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon milking entities.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon milking entities.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated upon milking entities.
