The bug
Standing on the edge of a dripleaf and a honey block causes the dripleaf to wilt, even though the player is supported by the honey block.
How to reproduce
Place a Dripleaf and a honey block next to each other and stand so your hitbox is inside both blocks. The dripleaf will wilt, recover, and wilt again endlessly. No change in your feet coordinate occurs, so the dripleaf is not supporting you at all.

@bugsbugsbugs this does not duplicate MC-1133, as you do not need to center your hitbox inside the block to activate this. The only thing that is required is that any part of the bottom of your hitbox be inside the top part of the block.
@unknown why did you close this as a duplicate of MC-1133? This is indeed not calculated based on the center, any part of the players hitbox can stand above the big dripleaf to make it tilt.
As bugsbugsbugs says, this is not a duplicate and is not resolved. You do not need to be centered on the block for this issue to occur and there are no other blocks this bug effects except dripleaf. MC-1133 does not apply to dripleafs at all, as they appear to have been coded to droop when any part of the bottom of your hitbox is inside the top of theirs.
