Entities no longer showing flame animation when in water/lava at the same time

The bug

In 1.16.5, when an armor stand is in water and lava at the same time, it shows a burning animation, while in the latest snapshot 21w05a the behavior is changed so that there's no flaming animation.

The first two photos with flame show the behavior in 1.16.5, and the last 3 without flame show the same setup in 21w05a.

Can confirm, but may be intended. This was caused by the fix of MC-186879 and MC-207397

hopefully the flame animation is kept while the sound is removed. using infinite burning armor stands allows us to make cool flame effects that blend into the environment, which sometimes might be undoable with an actual campfire block due to space/decoration limits.
the behavior has been around since 1.8 when armor stands are first introduced into the game. It might be considered an undefined feature, but, since it's widely used in builds and there is a way to keep the behavior while fixing the sound issue, why not? please consider this, thanks!
