[MC-214613] Hitboxes of grass are not off-centered unlike flower hitboxes

Both flowers and grass (as well as regional grass analogues such as roots) can be off-centered from their base block for a more natural effect. However, this does not affect the hitboxes of grass, which is inconsistent due to it affecting flowers.
