Hanging roots hitbox is not off-centered

I am able to confirm this behavior in 21w38a. Here are some extra details regarding this problem.

The Bug:

The hitboxes of hanging roots are not adjusted to the center of their model.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place down several hanging roots.

• Look at their hitboxes.

• → ❌  Notice how the hitboxes of hanging roots are not adjusted to the center of their model.

Expected Behavior:

The expected behavior would be that the hitboxes of hanging roots are adjusted to the center of their model.
