[MC-215846] Diorite and granite can still generate under y level 0

Diorite and granite can still generate under y level 0, despite the latest changelog stating otherwise. This only appears to happen on the edge of level 0 though, not going further down than level -10. It also only appears to happen if the diorite/granite in question is connected to another patch that goes above level 0.

I'd imagine this is intentional so that there isn't an abrupt straight line at y=0

I would imagine those patches would stop generating some time before reaching y=0 (around y=10 or so) to not have the possibility of going under y=0.
