Ores generated in Basalt Deltas blocks stick out

Ores generated in basalt deltas biomes will always use the netherrack texture, despite potentially all surrounding blocks being either basalt or blackstone. As this is being fixed for Overworld ores in grimstone (https://twitter.com/henrikkniberg/status/1362095363314876418) this implies that the current Nether generation is wrong.

Can confirm in 1.16.5.

A block state could be implemented for nether gold and quartz ores to determine which block texture should be used (blackstone, basalt or netherrack).

They should get their own ore IDs as deepslate ores also have their own ones, and behave like the normal ones, just taking longer to mine.

Note: If they ever add other Nether ores, they should either be Blackstone or Basalt, but not for both blocks, because we don't have granite, andesite or diorite ores.

Yeah, giving them unique IDs makes more sense.
