[MC-216492] Fox incorrectly holding spyglass

Something is kinda off when you get a fox to hold a spyglass.

Summon a fox which is holding a spyglass, through using the following command:
```
/summon minecraft:fox ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,HandItems:[{id:"minecraft:spyglass",Count:1b}]}
```
→ ❌ Notice how the fox holds the spyglass awkwardly
