[MC-219047] Deepslate can be placed sideways

Deepslate can now be placed sideways, unlike other stone blocks. It not only creates an inconsistency, but it also feels weird for old players.

This is intentional, based on the patch notes: "Deepslate can now be placed along any axis"
But this is an inconsistency, so maybe it should be left open?

Honestly I think it would be cool if blackstone could be placed sideways, but it creates an interesting conundrum with its slabs and stairs.
