The bug
Sculk sensors do not detect using a honeycomb to wax copper.
How to reproduce
Place a non-waxed copper block
Place a sculk sensor:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ sculk_sensorUse honeycomb to wax the copper block
❌ The sculk sensor is not activated
Expected results
The sculk sensor would be activated upon using honeycomb to wax the copper block.

I am able to confirm this behavior in 21w43a. Here are some extra details regarding this problem.
The Bug:
Sculk sensors are not activated upon applying honeycomb to copper blocks.
Steps to Reproduce:
Obtain a honeycomb, place down a block of copper, and a sculk sensor nearby.
Apply the honeycomb to the copper block.
Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon applying honeycomb to copper blocks.
Observed Behavior:
Sculk sensors are not activated upon applying honeycomb to copper blocks.
Expected Behavior:
Sculk sensors would be activated upon applying honeycomb to copper blocks.
