The Bug:
Experience orbs produce particles while moving through powder snow.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place down some powder snow and summon some experience orbs nearby.
Enter the powder snow so that the experience orbs travel towards you.
Take note as to whether or not experience orbs produce particles while moving through powder snow.
Observed Behavior:
Experience orbs produce particles.
Expected Behavior:
Experience orbs would not produce particles.

Yep, this still appears to be an issue in 21w19a. I've attached an additional video that showcases this in 21w19a.
