[MC-226182] Invisible strays no longer show their second skin layer

Invisible strays no longer show their second skin layer like in older versions. According to MC-110423, it is intended that the outer skin layer in llamas and strays should be visible.

Not a duplicate of MC-110423 as when it was created the second skin layer was shown when the stray was invisible.

Not sure if these tickets are related, this does not seem to require spectator mode to reproduce.

Oh, my bad; I overlooked this report and thought it was about strays not showing their secondary layer in spectator mode. Apologies! Can still confirm this behavior in 1.19.2, nonetheless. 🙂

This issue still exists in Minecraft snapshot 24w21b.
