[MC-227319] Vines can generate floating in midair

Vines can generate floating in midair in jungles, swamps, and mangrove swamps. I think this was previously part of MC-610 before it was fixed.

Note that you must fly to these coordinates, as teleporting will not work.
Also note that reproduction is not always consistent. If these vines don't appear for you, keep looking throughout the nearby jungle.
