For some reason villagers using wrong workstations (farmer and archer using librarian workstation). It happened in Minecraft Realm
What i did with them:
Made them zombies
Destroyed their original workstations (but they already had trade with me, so they keep their jobs)
Tried to make librarian but workstation occupied by the farmer and archer, they even do work sounds, you can see it by particles.
I only have Optifine and no other modifications.

@Sergey, you do not need to be 'asked' to help moderators deal with reports. As stated above, you were using OptiFine. Issues caused by mods are not considered valid and should be dealt with the creators of these mods, as Minecraft developers cannot possibly fix those. And yes, OptiFine is a mod. Please read the bug tracker guidelines first before making a new report next time.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
