I was mining some quarts in the nether then I was stuck in a netherack block,
When I ran or jumped I was still stuck on the block until I broke it I was free.
On the video please don't mind the watermark, it was the website used to compress the video.

That looks like a ghost block. Could be a duplicate of MC-172550.
