[MC-233792] Ender pearls can destroy paintings, item frames and glow item frames in Creative mode

The bug

Ender pearls can destroy paintings, item frames and glow item frames. In creative mode, the painting is destroyed (MC-21098) but in survival mode, the painting/item frame is broken and drops as an item.

To reproduce

1. Switch the gamemode to creative.

2. Place a painting and an item frame.
3. Throw an ender pearl at the painting/item frame.
4. ❌ The painting/item frame is destroyed.

Expected results

Ender pearls should not destroy paintings or item frames.

I don't know why these issues aren't merged with MC-21098, but can confirm anyways. Affects items frames too.

I also think that these issues should be merged with MC-21098, but they haven't been merged until now and there was no ticket covering paintings. Added (glow) item frames now.
