In this this instance( only in this one) the textures are mixed up (tested it with and without texture packs). It happend nearly every second time I reloaded the textures (F3+T).

He's using vanilla Minecraft, but he is actually using a vanilla (original) datapack and other datapacks that are not in the correct format at all therefore making this ticket invaild. There is no way that this graphics card and drivers could do this. No graphics card options could cause this. If this is not caused by malware or programs interferes with Minecraft, then MC-218803 would happen instead.
data packs can't affect texturing for blocks, items and environment tho. They do reload all the assets, but are not able to replace them.
Well, they actually do. Datapacks with invaild formats can cause this garbage to happen, there is no way graphics card can cause this.
I would say that "vanilla datapack" has to be somehow corrupted, no graphics card or driver can ever cause this.
That could be but how is it that a later instance works just fine. Is it possible that it repaired itself in newer instances?
Please provide some additional screenshots or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled.
