Discord is too busy:
Funny is that ALL DISCORD RELATED DISCUSSIONS, and maybe answers for problems, are not to be seen again for those who seek that info. Why is Minecraft.net actually on Discord? if there is only so much people to 'just stay there and do nothing' while actual problems go frustrated .... nowhere! because you (mojang) can't answer, Mickeyhell is unreachable and we users are just.... well, paying for that bad service.
It is a thing.

@unknown The bug tracker has no affiliation with the Minecraft Discord server so please do not vent your frustrations about it here. Also please refrain from swearing this bug tracker is meant for all ages.
I know it is not a thing YOU can change, but at least YOU can make this aware to the people who ordered out to have DISCORD as a meaning of solving problems.
As I stated, it is far more helpfull to shout answers and solutions from a bridge so that no one can read it back! That is what discord is. I am saying, stop using DISCORD for problem solving when noone with problems can enter, use a forum, so that problems can be found by simple searching.
I for sure can not convince the ones who ordered DISCORD to be a main solution channel, maybe when this person who did had a problem, he/she had to go to DISCORD and find out the same problem I HAVE!
