Ocean monuments can cause nearby terrain to be harshly cut off.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.

  2. Look closely at the ocean monument and its nearby terrain.

  3. Take note as to whether or not ocean monuments can cause nearby terrain to be harshly cut off.

Observed Behavior:

Ocean monuments can cause nearby terrain to be harshly cut off.

Expected Behavior:

Ocean monuments would not be able to cause nearby terrain to be harshly cut off.
