Clouds and particles can be seen through entity shadows on top of transparent blocks with Fabulous! graphics, ignoring distance fog and visibility

I am able to reproduce this in 21w42a. This ticket relates to MC-235986.

This issue is fixed in 25w16a.
It’s much harder to see since clouds render very far away but you can see that the clouds that are obscured by distance fog aren’t being revealed by the entity shadow

Much easier to see that the issue was fixed in a tall world
