Jungle temples don't generate in sparse jungles, despite being a jungle biome

The bug

Sparse jungles are unable to spawn jungle temples.

How to reproduce

Use the single biome world type and set the biome to sparse jungle, then use the /locate command to find a jungle temple. The command will fail to find a jungle temple.
