So, I have been creating a world for the past 2 or so days, and I log on today to find my world completely gone when looking to join it (always been a 1.7.1 world, NO LAN involved) and I can't find it. I then look into the saves files and it is there, I even made a zip file, deleted the original folder, opened the zip file into a folder, and I still can't see the world as an option to join. I have no idea to why this is even happening to me in the first place.

Any chance the world file got corrupted somehow? Never heard of it just disappearing like this.
Im sure it could of corrupted, I'm just not sure how this is possible, I've also never had this happen before so I don't know how
