[(Note) Top Its Survival AND Creative] So Whenever I Go Into A Minecart Or Boat (On Any Computer I Tried It On My Friend's) It Recognizes The Boat/ Mine Cart As A Horse Because When I Get Into It What Happens is The Message That Appears is "Type LShift To Dismount" That's Basically The Bug It Doesn't Allow You To Right Click To Get Out It Makes You LShift And Comes Out With The Message.

Intended. All mountable entities had their dismount key changed from right click to left shift. I assume it was so that you could place blocks, pull levers, or use weapons without accidentally dismounting.
