This is NOT a Magma Block, even if it is, I don't see the issue.

Are you using any resource packs?

So, I placed down a Magma Block and I don't see the issue.

If you are not using any resource packs, this is probably a duplicate of MC-181280.

Not enough information and screenshots do not feature magma blocks.
