Parity issue: Trees in the grove biomes generate sparser than in Bedrock Edition

when I first played 1.18 I thought something was off with the grove biome, so I decided to test it and I took some screenshots in the same seed but in different versions

it turns out the trees in the grove biome generate way more sparsely on java and make it feel too empty and less dramatic

so if you're reading this please fix this

I can confirm, the Grove biome in Java is much less dense in hilly areas, it would be good parity with the Grove biome of Bedrock. 🙂

This is not a bug. Feedback for worldgen should goto feedback.minecraft.net

Confirmed with 1.19.3 and 1.19.4 Release Candidate 1
There is a similar problem. MC-260850
