when using 0 tick pulses to move observers, if you 0 tick an observer to a place retract it 3gt later it will do as it is supposed to be doing. however, when you 0 tick another observer where the previous observer used to be the second observer power 1 gt early. in the video I use a piston to visualize the difference because the piston is supposed to fire twice. I have tested this in 1.16.4 and 1.18.1

While I understand why you used a modded client to record this, we require this be done in the vanilla client in order to verify. If you can supply a world with your setup, that would be best! 🙂
The observers deactivate consecutively for me, which differs from your video where they deactivate simultaneously. I'm using the attached world in 1.18.1. Same result in 1.20.2. If you can still reproduce this, could you record a video in an unmodified environment?
I added what I see (this is from 1.20.2 vanilla). However I fail to see what the significance is because you can check weather it does what it is supposed to do with a piston and that still does not work.
Can you reproduce this issue in a vanilla game?
