[MC-247877] Mineshaft minekart duplication

In my survival world, in a mineshaft, I pushed a minekart and it duplicated itself. I tried again and it started again. I tried to put items in it and then duplicate it but it's like the minekart spawns twice. I just need to enter in collision with and it duplicate.

While that may be the case, issues are not re-resolved if they have already been closed. In this case, since the issue is Incomplete it will not be changed.
