The Bug:
Items given to allays while they're flying appear behind them momentarily
Steps to Reproduce:
Summon an allay and obtain any item.
Wait for the allay to begin flying around.
Quickly give the allay an item.
Take note as to whether or not items given to allays while they're flying appear behind them momentarily.
Observed Behavior:
Items given to allays while they're flying appear behind them momentarily.
Expected Behavior:
Items given to allays while they're flying would not appear behind them momentarily.

It also appears directly below them while they're standing still. Giving them NoAI is the best way to demonstrate

This is due to the allay switching to its holding animation gradually and not immediately like how it works on Bedrock.
