[MC-25188] Server closed messages misplaced

The bug

I usually play on GUI scale small but if a server closes the message is placed behind the back of the "title screen" button.

The server closed message is displayed correctly now but the logging in is still messed up.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.8.1 Prerelease 3 / Launcher version 1.5.3 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Confirmed for 1.13.1 partly, server closed is fixed, only if you loggin to a server it will be placed under the button with GUI scale small (1).

Confirmed for 1.18 Pre-release 1...GUI Scale set to 1 will place the "Cancel" button above the "Connecting to the Server..." message when logging in.
