MC-252190

Player-dropped items creating vibrations depends on you sneaking at the moment the item hits the ground, instead of when you threw the item

The fixing of MC-251878 allows for player-dropped items to alert shriekers. Sneaking can also prevent the item from creating vibrations.

Here's my issue with the sneaking mechanics for player-dropped items:

Expected behavior:

An item you drop that hits the ground will not create a vibration if you were sneaking the moment you threw the item.

Observed behavior:

An item you drop doesn't create a vibration if you were sneaking at the moment the item hit the ground.

Below are a few examples of this bug being showcased.

You can throw an item without sneaking, but if you sneak by the time the item hits the ground, a vibration won't be produced.

You can throw an item while sneaking, but if you let go of your sneak button by the time the item hits the ground a vibration will be produced.

My personal fix suggestion would be to make items hitting the floor a vibration that cannot be avoided by sneaking.

Unintended behavior remains in 1.19 Pre-release 4

Bug appears not to exist in 1.19. I tested it, and if I was sneaking it did not emit sound.
