The Bug:
Strongholds can intersect ancient cities.

Steps to Reproduce:
Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
Look closely at the generation of the stronghold and ancient city.
Take note as to whether or not strongholds can intersect ancient cities.
Observed Behavior:
Strongholds can intersect ancient cities.
Expected Behavior:
Strongholds would not be able to intersect ancient cities.

Stronghold generation has been changed in 22w42a, so this might still be a potential issue.
Edit: can confirm this is still an issue. Attached a new screenshot of this issue in 23w04a.
I can confirm this behavior. This ticket closely relates to MC-249801 and MC-249922.
