The Bug:
Mineshafts can intersect ancient cities.
Here is an example:
Version: 1.19.3
Seed: 5411832338774910966
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 8146.15 -42.00 498.96 142.04 18.90
Steps to Reproduce:
Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
Look closely at the generation of the mineshaft and ancient city.
Take note as to whether or not mineshafts can intersect ancient cities.
Observed Behavior:
Mineshafts can intersect ancient cities.
Expected Behavior:
Mineshafts would not be able to intersect ancient cities.

The core problem here could be that mineshafts and ancient cities can generate overlapping one another. Here's an example of this.

May I suggest combing this with MC-249759 into one bug explaining how seemingly any structure can overlap ancient cities? Because Not only can lava lakes create holes under Ancient Cities, but even Amethyst Geodes can generate into the walls of cities and break them. Here's one that's generated right in the entrance of the redstone room, butchering it
