If you die to a minecart with TNT that was ignited by a blaze using its fireballs, it won't count as the blaze killing you.
How to reproduce:
Spawn a blaze in a bedrock box where it can't move, but leave a hole for the blaze to shoot through.
Place a rail on the same height as the hole, and place a TNT minecart on top of it.
Switch to survival mode.
Stand behind the minecart so the blaze hits the minecart.
Die to the minecart.
Expected result:
"<player> was blown up by Blaze"
Observed result:
"<player> blew up" (not 22w43a-22w44a) / "<player> was blown up by Minecart with TNT" (22w43a-22w44a)

Actually, those conditions are for the "whilst trying to escape" messages.
As I said to you earlier, current behavior is not a WAI source. In fact, this got triaged prior to your comment, meaning it's not intended.

I wrote the death messages page on the wiki. I think I know when a death message should appear.
This was fixed in 24w44a. Blaze fireballs now also cause TNT minecarts to explode instantly now ([MC-278204]).
It's intentional, because the death message "<Player> was blown up by <Mob>" appears only if the player takes damage from a mob (in this case, a blaze) and then the player is killed by an explosion.
