Z-fighting occurs on the text of hanging signs

The Bug:

Z-fighting occurs on the text of hanging signs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a hanging sign and write some text on it.

2. Obtain a spyglass and travel around fifty blocks away from the hanging sign.

3. Use the spyglass to look at the text on the hanging sign.

4. Take note as to whether or not z-fighting occurs on the text of hanging signs.

Observed Behavior:

Z-fighting is present.

Expected Behavior:

No z-fighting would occur.
