Z-fighting on the text of text displays

The Bug:

Z-fighting occurs on the text of text display blocks, when seen at specific angles.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a text display block with it billboarding, and go far away. 

2. Obtain a spyglass or lower FOV, and look at the text display block while changing the view angle and moving around.

3. Take note as to whether or not z-fighting occurs on the text.

Observed Behavior:

Z-fighting is present.

Expected Behavior:

No z-fighting would occur.
