While sipping a potion or water bottle, sculk sensor have an output of 14 instead of 7 (should be 7 because it's a minecraft:drink event)
It does work in creative though, but not in survival, you can see that in the screenshot provided

This is because the item interact finish game event takes priority over the drink game event. This behavior has changed since 23w12a and now emits an output of 3 instead of 8. I'm forward-resolving this as a duplicate of MC-260444, since that has an assigned Mojang Priority.
I don't know I should say "cannot confirm" or "can confirm", but when I tested in 1.19.3, the sculk sensor have an output of 14 in both Creative and Survival, even with Adventure.
