Description:
In my single player 1.19.3 world I am experiencing a bug with several fletcher villagers, where they will not move. It seems like these villagers are turned off almost however I can still trade with them.
Details:
I tried a few things to see what is working with the afflicted villagers and if there was any way to fix them, my results were:
Afflicted villagers still can be placed into boats and removed from the boats
Placing/removing villagers into the boats seem to have no affect on the problem
Ringing a nearby bell does not scare afflicted villagers
Other normal villagers run away when the bell is rung
Removing and placing workstations in different spots has no affect
Even placed right next to the villagers and they won't refill trades
Removing beds and placing new beds had no affect
These villagers will not sleep at all (they aren't afraid of the dark I guess)
Restarting the game might helpsΒ
I have experienced a few occasions where when I did exit the game the villagers moved 1 block or so, but this was very inconsistent and not really reproduceable
Noteworthy info:
Some other maybe helpful information I cam give:
Only fletcher villagers were affected
None of these villagers have ever been revived
I've seen other bug reports talking about some revived villagers losing their trades, but none of these villagers have ever been revived
Afflicted villagers do not look at me
These villagers are stuck looking perfectly straight and will not move their heads or even really turn directions at all
These villagers were traded with often
Β I traded with this villagers quite often and did so at different hours
I did see a bug report of trading with villagers at night and them losing their trades, but I am not confident in this being the same problem as I have traded with other villagers at similar times (such as mason villagers) and they were not affected
Β
Thank you for any help you can give and have a great day! π

I added some screenshots, hope this can help!

Update:
I'm not entirely sure what I did to fix the bug, but the villagers are now moving and refilling their trades like normal.
What I did:
Again I'm not sure what fixed the problem, but here was what I did leading up to the villagers being fixed
Took a few screenshots of the villagers
Copied the entity data of one of the afflicted villagers
Rang a bell in the village
Left the bugged world and joined a creative singleplayer and pasted that data
Rejoined my survival singleplayer worldΒ
After this the afflicted villagers sprung back to life and are working normally (sleeping, trading, moving, etc).
Let me know if you need any more info on this, but thank you for the help! π

This seems quite similar to MC-258565, but the villagers were not cured beforehand.

I also have this issue, affecting 1.19.3. They only start functioning when I remove their workstation, otherwise they just stand still and not move. They don't even turn to you or other entities unless the workstation has been removed. They also don't restock.
Using the /data command on an affected villager, I discovered that they don't have the tag "minecraft:job_site" or "minecraft:potential_job_site" anywhere. Placing down a workstation for them to claim doesn't seem to give them back the tag. It's as if the tag or at least the ability to gain the tag has been removed. I added screenshots of a working and non-working villager

Resolving as a duplicate of MC-258295, as that ticket was created first. Thanks for the help!
