sometimes when im mining or collecting anything from a chest it just creates a new stack. for example, lets say im mining cobblestone, once i reach 23 mined cobblestone out of nowhere it just creates a new stack of cobblestone starting in my hotbar, im playing 1.19.2 vanilla and it just happens. its extremely annoying because it takes up so much space in my inventory and chests. they're also not stackable so i cant mix a stack of 23 cobble with the other stack that started, it treats each stack like a different item, which is why it takes up too much space in my inventory. (in the screenshot below, it doesnt let me stack the wood together, and it happens randomly with any item or block in the game)

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version MC-258970 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crash report found in [minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|https://minecrafthopper.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder/].
