Until 23w05a, creepers blinked white before exploding, but as of 23w06a, they no longer blink.

Steps to reproduce

1.Open 23w05a

2.Summon a Creeper

3.Use flint and steel on it

Repeat this on 23w06a

What I expected
Creepers blink before exploding.

They don't visually expand either, until they explode.
