Note block placed on decorated pots uses harp sound, though they are made of brick.

To reproduce

Step 1: Place note block, then place dec pot below it

Step 2: Check the note block by f3

Expected result

The note block would use the bass drum instrument, as note blocks placed on top of bricks do.
