[MC-260463] Miscolored pixel in light_dirt_background.png and header

There is a missing pixel in the top right and other locations that is in the dirt texture

How so? It is reporting an inconsistency between backgrounds where literally 1 pixel is off.

In relation to MC-198202 since light_dirt_background matches the options_background

Seems to be fixed in 24w09a in Programmer Art.
