What happened: The minecart keep moving disabled powered rail.
to reproduce: Create a closed circuit like in video and use lever or button.
Expecting result: The minecart stop on disabled powered rail
Some detail who can be usefull: The powered rail is facing south when the minecart is moving on.

Video attached to proof that I was able to reproduce this issue, also note that this only works with minecart with chest and hopper, others don't

It does too with hopper/chest I just tried on rails. It glitch when rail facing south/north only.
