What Happens: Arrows with the {NoGravity:1b} data value will awkwardly and slowly recoil in the opposite direction they came from after hitting a player with invulnerability frames or other invulnerable entities
What Should Happen: The arrows would disappear upon hitting the player or entity

I don't believe it is like MC-140857, I am talking about the way nogravity arrows interact with any invulnerable mob
This is what that report is about; the fact it bounces off, rather than "hits". You're simply using different words "recoil in the opposite direction".

I do not care if it lodges or not, or whether it hits an invincible player, a creative player, a phase 2 wither, an end crystal, an invisible armor stand, a fixed item frame, a perching dragon, or a invulnerable entity. Arrows should bounce off most of these. My concern is in the uniquely terrible bouncing of nogravity arrows
MC-140857 is already triaged by Mojang and has important priority, meaning that they do not want them to bounce off at all. NoGravity or not.

I don't understand what's so hard to understand here. MC-140857 regards the Invincibility frames after being hit, whereas mine is about all entities that are Invincible for any number of reasons.
