[MC-263539] Tide Armor trim not droping from elder guardion

In my survival world I was trying to get the tide armor trim. I killed at least 20 Elder Guardions but I still got no armor trim. (Im doing this in 1.20 but it will only let me select 1.20.1)

I'm having the same issue, I'm using 1.20.1 vanilla minecraft, and have killed at least 30 Elder Guardians without receiving a single armour trim. I've tried using non-looting too, as I saw a second bug report which claimed to get the piece after switching from a looting 3 sword.

Cannot confirm, I killed 100 elder guardians and at the end, I got 22 Tide armor trims

I'm pretty sure that this is the issue with your luck.

Cannot reproduce this issue. I was able to get the Tide armor trim to drop from an elder guardian as expected. Please attach a screenshot of the issue occurring with the F3 screen enabled, and inform if you are using any data packs.
