Unequip vibration only works in creative mode

The unequip vibration only works when the player is in creative mode. It does not work when the player is in survival or adventure mode.

Repro steps:

1. place sculk sensor

2. Go into survival mode

3. unequip a piece of armor

4. No vibration will be triggered
