[MC-265132] CCE supression no longer work

CCE (class cast exception) supression (alias shulker supression) is patch in the version, but nothing related to that is in the change log. The supression was relaying on the unsanitezed input to given by the shimker to a comparator cause an exception. This can't be done without modifying data of the shulker and currently the only way to get a shulker to do that is using supression, who was patch in 1.19. Cce was a great way to still have supression even in 1.19+.

Patching of an issue (throwing an exception means it is not by design) is not a bug.

It wasn't in any patch log, that mean is either unintentional or the patch log is incomplete, on both case its issue

Many internal changes are not mentioned as they are of no value to the end user. This change was an exception fix, which is a fix, not a bug. Additionally changelogs are not edited after their release.

You do realize you're complaining about the fact that they fixed a literal runtime exception? You were using a bug and you knew it.

This is a useful ingame feature that is no longer working - so now it is an issue that HAS to be fixed (reverted back)
QC was unintended one day, but now it is resolved as "works as intended"

But its time to finally agree that IT IS a feature which is used in community. I dont know why mojang hates TMC so much, but fixing something so useful and safe is beyond weird. As i said, there is no way to get it without having server permission - so it creates no safety issues

Well, Mojang fixed it, they made their call. The time of death for this BUG has been given, and requesting any change to behavior here is a change request, which doesn't belong here.

Well you are right, mojang broke this feature, unfortunately. And what is a broken feature? It is called a bug. So the fix itself is a bug, an absolutely meaningless one
