Players interact with an interactable item immediately after eating

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world in creative

2. Give yourself an edible food and a composter

3. Place the composter

4. Go into survival mode

5. Give yourself hunger for 5 seconds of level 5

6. Eat the food with the crosshair on the composter (or anywhere in the hitbox of the composter

Observed Result:

The player interacts with the composter immediately after eating

Expected Result:

The player should not interact with the composter immediately; there should be a delay

Additional Information Found:

This also happens when the player finishes eating and there is an ender pearl on the ground, as the player immediately teleports. It also is applicable with any throwable item or weapon that requires right-clicking.
